As is delved further into this topic I learned of different forms of Vit- D- and how we absorb different supplements- Look forward to talking to you more about light therapy- and, yes-over the next 6 months mother nature will provide you with all you need- just step out for lunch- bare some skin- keep the sunscreen off for 20 minutes- no dark shades- and your good to go!</description>

		<description>great article! i just got diagnosed as being low in vit d which surprised me, i think they have recently changed the way they test for it and many people are now getting this same news. I&#039;ve been reading about the amount of vit d supplements to take and am trying 10,000 iu a day, which seems the popular suggestion. we&#039;ll see how my test turns out next year. i also try to get more sun just like you suggested! thanks for the info on how this holistically effects us all.</description>
